The Cartoon Museum was founded by a dedicated and passionate group of cartoonists, collectors and lovers of the art form who believed that cartoons are of interest as art, as satire, as historical documents and often, but not always, for their humour.

The Museum is dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, promoting and preserving the best of Britsh cartoon art, and in this section you can explore our collection, find out what is hidden in our library, learn more about the history of cartooning and find some links and resources that might be of some use.

In addition, you can also learn more about individual pieces through The Blog and the Comic Creators Project.
