The Cartoon Museum Late: GREEN GRADS TAKEOVER! Drink! Draw! Save the Planet!

What? An evening of listening to the GREEN GRADS explain their innovative design projects that are all about saving the planet then illustrating these ideas to describe them in pictures, diagrams and comic strips. A relaxed evening of listening, sketching, chatting and drinking.

Who are the GREEN GRADS? The GREEN GRADS are recent design and engineering graduates of UK Universities with ideas to heal the planet. Their products, prototypes and concepts offer solutions to ecological and sustainability issues currently threatening our world. They are makers, innovators and activists in need of your help to promote what they do.

Who are the Illustrators and Cartoonists? YOU! (No experience necessary - just a willingness to pick up a pencil and DRAW!)

Why? We need rich and powerful visual content for ZINE ZADS the GREEN GRADS Zine. Your work will be judged by the ZINE ZADS editorial team and could be selected for the first issue of ZINE ZADS to be launched at the next GREEN GRADS flagship event in September during London Design Festival.

All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own drawing materials (pens, pencils etc) and sketchbooks.

You will also be able to look around the Museum and join in with a curator tour of Norman Thelwell Saves the Planet, and get refreshments from the bar.
